What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Residential DSP, you’ll be at the heart of our mission. Your role involves providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a flexible home setting. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

· Daily Assistance: You’ll assist with everyday activities like cooking and cleaning, ensuring a comfortable and nurturing environment.

· Transportation: Be the bridge to the community by providing transportation for shopping, errands, appointments, and community events.

· Goal Reinforcement: Encourage and support individuals in achieving their daily goals, fostering personal growth and development.

· Hygiene and Wellness: Promote and assist with maintaining good hygiene, offering support where needed.

· Foster Interests: Inspire and cultivate the unique hobbies and interests of those in your care, adding joy to their lives.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate daily documentation of the services and support you provide, ensuring accountability.

What You’ll Receive:

· Differential Pay: Enjoy an additional $1.00 per hour on Saturdays, Sundays, and company-observed holidays.

Schedule.

· Full-time and part-time positions available

· Flexible schedule

· Several 8/10/12 hour shifts available—will discuss during interview

· Weekend rotation

What You Need:

· Be at least 18 years old

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Driver’s License
