The Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to be the right hand to our CEO. You'll blend executive support, project management, and operational coordination, helping the company scale efficiently while accelerating your own career.

What We're Looking For

• 3 years as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Project Manager supporting C-level leaders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot/CRM, project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion), and scheduling platforms (Calendly, Otter.ai).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, or startups is a strong plus.
• PMP or project management certification preferred.
  

What You'll Do

• Manage CEO calendar, communications, and priorities as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with investors, retail partners, and strategic initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, influencer outreach, and events.
• Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and QuickBooks entries.
• Implement and maintain systems (CRM, project management, communication tools) to improve workflow.
• Track cross-functional timelines and deliverables to ensure accountability and alignment.
• Occasionally support light personal/admin tasks to maximize CEO focus.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
