Accounting & Finance Contract Recruiter (Atlanta)

Trivelta builds the technology powering modern, social-first gaming experiences. As we continue scaling across the U.S. and internationally, we’re expanding our Accounting & Finance organization to support rapid operational and regulatory growth. We’re seeking an Accounting & Finance Contract Recruiter in Atlanta to drive high-quality hiring for roles across Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, Treasury, Audit, and broader corporate functions.

This is a fast-moving, high-impact recruiting role responsible for sourcing exceptional finance talent and managing the full lifecycle recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for Accounting & Finance roles (Staff Accountant, Sr. Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Controller-track, etc.).
• Build pipelines across Atlanta and other U.S. markets using targeted sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and reporting within Greenhouse (ATS).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on market talent, compensation, and timelines.
• Support onboarding handoff and documentation for contract and full-time hires.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5 years of recruiting experience, including 3 years focused on Accounting & Finance positions.
• Strong understanding of A&F functions: GL, FP&A, payroll, revenue accounting, audit, financial reporting, etc.
• Proven ability to run multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Skilled in sourcing passive candidates and building repeatable pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred).
• Ability to work onsite in our Atlanta office.

This position is hybrid role out of our Midtown Atlanta office.
