We’re looking for a Recruiter (Contract-to-Perm) to help us scale our roster of top talent. In this role, you’ll work onsite at our Boston HQ, partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to source, engage, and hire across a range of business and operations roles.
This is a hands-on opportunity to drive full-cycle recruiting for positions in Operations, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance & Accounting, IT, and Sales. You’ll play a critical role in making sure Trivelta fields the strongest possible team as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do

Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer across business and operations functions.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design smart recruiting strategies.

Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and resume banks.

Deliver a positive candidate experience while representing Trivelta’s brand and culture.

Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and keep our ATS (Greenhouse) organized.

Bring creative ideas to build pipelines and boost inbound candidate flow.
What You Bring

3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

Success recruiting for operations, business, or customer-facing roles.

Proven sourcing skills with a “scout’s eye” for talent.

Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
