This position directly supports the Missile Defense Agency staff in the office of Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Systems Engineering. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
This position directly supports the Missile Defense Agency staff in the office of Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Systems Engineering. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide direct support for algorithm development, leading tasking for analysis of sensor resource management and battle management.
- Support systems and software engineering, presentation of status updates, technical analysis, and failure reviews.
- Support programmatic decisions with technical analysis by providing courses of action and actionable recommendations.
- Plan, support, facilitate and execute various systems engineering design & technical reviews requiring input on behalf of the government Program Office.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Candidate must have 12 years of applicable experience.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- A Master's Degree in STEM is required.
- Must have experience supporting and/or leading a collaborative team (dispersed team of Government, Contractors, Prime Developers) .
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
- Documented systems engineering proficiency in aerospace industry, missile defense is preferred.
