Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform customizations
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and incidents
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations within the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
