Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and drive alignment
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and other business analysis documentation
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement across systems and workflows
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by developing test plans and coordinating with end users
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and project managers
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or software development lifecycles (SDLC) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
