Role: Endpoint Support Technician
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 6 months
Overview: The Client is seeking an experienced technician to provide IT operational support within IT Platform Services, with a strong focus on Windows 11 Lifecycle Support and day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: The selected contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Working onsite at Client's office locations
- Providing Windows 11 lifecycle support, including deployments and user assistance
- Performing user data, hardware, and software inventory services
- Supporting lifecycle replacement of computers
- Providing desktop, laptop, and tablet hardware/software support
- Delivering conference room, committee, and board meeting technical support
- Completing and managing assigned tasks in Client's ticketing system
- Maintaining consistent client support during Client's business hours
- Ensuring timely processing and resolution of assigned support tickets
Note: Occasional use of a personal vehicle is required to travel between Client Headquarters and East Campus locations (approximately 7.4 miles apart).
Mandatory Requirements:
Candidates must meet all of the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering fully functional, operationalized IT support solutions
- Technical support experience within the last 3 years
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows 11
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting desktops, laptops, and tablets in an enterprise environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Windows operating systems and user profile support
- Minimum 2 years of imaging experience
- Experience installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and preparing computer hardware, printers, plotters, and peripherals using Microsoft software in a networked environment
- Experience with OS and computer hardware lifecycle replacement
- Access to a vehicle to meet onsite travel requirements
- Desirable Qualifications:CompTIA Technician certification
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Software installation experience
- Proven ability to diagnose, research, and resolve computer software issues
Salary : $40 - $45
