What are the responsibilities and job description for the College Intern position at Triumphant Financial Group?
🇺🇸 U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY — you must live in the United States to be considered.
🏆 Athletes make the best salespeople we've ever trained — wired to win beats "experienced" every time.
Triumphant Financial Group is hiring College Interns in Lansing for the school year: real licensed life-insurance sales, 100% remote, built around classes, practice, and game days. Warm leads only — families who already asked for coverage. Built for hungry, driven students — not resume-padders.
🗓️ Part-time and remote — you set the hours
🎓 No experience or license needed — licensed in about 2 weeks
🚀 Uncapped commission a real leadership track (not an MLM — paid on sales, never recruiting)
💰 Commission-only, 1099, uncapped. Last year: 100 agents over $150K, 15 over $500K, a few past $1M, top producer over $2M. All earned, none guaranteed — and average isn't invited.
Backed by the Integrity Marketing Group platform (500,000 agents, 275 A-rated carriers) · Inc. Best Workplaces 2025.
