About the role
Triumphant Commercial Group (TCG) is growing. We’re a boutique brokerage based in Broward County specializing in investment sales and landlord representation for retail shopping centers and related assets across South Florida. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to help source, advise, and close transactions—while building a personal book of business with direct mentorship from our founder.

What you’ll do
- Advise owners and investors on tailored investment strategies for retail and mixed-use assets
- Prepare property and market analyses (BOVs, rent rolls, sales comps, trade-area snapshots)
- Track local market activity and trends across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade
- Market exclusive listings to qualified buyers and investor networks
- Prospect daily: calls, social, events—build and nurture long-term relationships
- Negotiate listing agreements, offers, and purchase & sale agreements with guidance
- Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and deal review sessions

Compensation
- High-split, commission-only (1099). No salary or draw.
- Unlimited upside with performance-based split improvements and bonus opportunities on team wins.
Requirements
- Strong sales drive and professional presence
- Excellent writing and speaking skills
- Competitive, coachable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- CRE experience is a plus—not required if you have grit and sales chops
