About the Role: 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a part-time, in-person position providing direct clinical oversight and supervision for home and community-based ABA services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and possess strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. 

As a BCBA/LBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to ensure meaningful progress and positive outcomes for each client. 

Role Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior evaluations to determine client needs and treatment goals. 

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings. 

• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians. 

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment. 

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and medical records. 

• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and measure progress. 

• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make modifications as clinically appropriate. 

• Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and treatment success. 

• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and North Carolina state regulations. 

• Advocate for clients and support access to services within educational and community settings. 

Job Requirements: 

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). 

• Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required. 

• Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-person services in Asheville, NC and surrounding areas. 

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. 

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data-driven decision-making. 

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with a multidisciplinary team. 

• Passion for improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions. 

Other Job Information: 

• Part-time 1099 Independent Contractor position. 

• Compensation: $100 per hour. 

• Hours are based on client needs, location, and clinician availability. 

• Initial case schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. 

• Additional after-school supervision hours available 2–3 afternoons per week. 

• Opportunity to supervise up to 8 technician hours per week. 

• Flexible scheduling opportunities available as additional cases are assigned. 

Compensation Package: 

• North Carolina Pay Rate: $100/hour (1099)
