Assembly Test Techician
Responsibilities
Can assemble complex actuators, accumulators & valves. Also performs tests of assembled parts per specifications determined by customer or mandated regulations by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Measures parts to determine specified tolerance.
Positions and aligns parts.
Bolts, screws, parts together.
Disassembles and replaces parts as required.
Tests functional performance of assembly.
Performs all specific detailed tests required for stress, tolerances and other factors as determined by work order
Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies.
Marks identifying information on parts.
Detailed failure modes.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required.
2 – 4 years’ experience in aerospace manufacturing,
Min 2 years’ experience in assembly and testing of hydraulic and electromechanical actuators and working knowledge of hydraulic test equipment.
Read/understand drawings and manuals.
Dependability in attendance, ability to work independently, handling change, stay focused under pressure, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
