Triumph is seeking an Admissions Specialist to coordinate client admissions, manage sensitive data, and ensure smooth transitions into our residential treatment programs. SUDP(T) preferred but not required."Ensuring Safety Excellence: In compliance with Washington State's ESSB 5123, we prioritize safety in our workforce by conducting controlled substance testing, including marijuana, for this position, which is deemed safety-sensitive.”Job Description:The main objective of the Admissions Specialist is to streamline the admissions procedure for prospective clients to ensure optimal facility occupancy. This will be achieved by fostering positive rapport with clients, referring parties, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).Admissions Specialist Duties:Successfully manages the coordination of new client admissions and referrals from hospitals, detox facilities, correctional facilities, and other institutions by liaising with the relevant nursing, clinical, or law enforcement teams, ensuring a seamless transition to and from Triumph services.Receive and proficiently oversee sensitive client data, guaranteeing the precision of the Electronic Health Record (EHR), adhering to HIPAA regulations, as well as Triumph’s policies and procedures, whether sourced internally or externally to the agency.Facilitate clear communication with the residential team to ensure client’s seamless transition into treatmentSpeak to community groups as requested by executive management (through on-site tours, phone calls, or other actions) to enhance awareness of the programs, their objectives, and achievements.When required, facilitate client placement at other Behavioral Health Providers, including detox units, methadone, and suboxone providers.Education:High School Diploma or GEDExperience:A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is requiredPreference may be given to candidates with experience in Substance Use DisorderLicenses/Certificates/Registration:5 years licensed driving experience, valid license and insurance Benefits:We offer a comprehensive benefits package (full time employees) including:Medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insuranceHealth savings, flex spending, and dependent care accounts401K with employer matchingPaid vacation, sick leave, and holiday payFor additional information on benefits:https://triumphtx.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/EE-Benefit-Summary-09.20.24.pdf Triumph Treatment Services complies with federal and state laws and applicable discrimination regulations based on any protected class as defined by law.
