What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Vacancies Coordinator position at Triumph Property Management?
Join our growing property management and real estate team! We take pride in maintaining well-presented homes and delivering top-tier service to owners and tenants alike. We’re looking for a Part-Time Vacancies Coordinator with a sharp eye for detail and genuine pride in presentation - someone who can look at a vacant property and see what it needs to feel like home for a prospective tenant.

- Take detailed photos of each property during inspections to document condition and provide accurate reports for clients
- Identify any repairs, cleaning, or improvements needed and coordinate with vendors to address them promptly
- Maintain a daily calendar with all appointments, property visits, and vendor schedules accurately logged
- Ensure every home is showcased at its best — these properties are homes for people, and they should feel that way from the moment they walk in
- Verify that lockboxes, signage, and photos are properly placed and up to date
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, vendors, and prospective tenants
- Handle a high volume of calls and inquiries with professionalism and care
- Drive company vehicles daily to various properties
- Assist the CEO with occasional administrative or field-related tasks
- Bring forward ideas to improve property readiness and operational efficiency

- Opportunity to go full-time as needed
