Job description
Triumph is looking for skilled full time Maintenance Technician to work at The Saddleback Ranch Apartments in Mission Viejo, CA.
On Call is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete assigned work requests for services daily and within established time frame. .
- Strong Plumbing Experience
- Slab Leaks
- Unit Turnover.
- Preventative maintenance at the property.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members.
- A working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
- A team-player, professional, courteous and has a “can do” attitude.
- Experience in working in an apartment community is required.
- Work well with a team, take initiative as well as ability to take direction from others.
- This position requires the ability to be on-call.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to take direction from management and complete tasks on time and in an efficient manner.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Strong Experience in plumbing.
- Experience in electrical.
- Carpentry skills.
- Experience in painting.
- Ability to read, write and speak English as plus.
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Valid car insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
