We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Transformation to join the corporate strategy function at our global headquarters in Miami. This is a high-visibility, succession-planning position designed for a high-performing individual contributor ready to step into people leadership. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity out of HQ, partner closely with a Vice President, and regularly interact with senior corporate leadership.
This role is intended as an accelerated growth track: the selected candidate is expected to be promoted to Manager within approximately 9 months, with a defined path toward a future Director-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analytics and diagnostics to synthesize complex business data in support of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Partner with the VP and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for operational and strategic improvement
- Develop clear, compelling presentations and reporting materials for C-level executive audiences
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that inform leadership decision-making
- Support the design and execution of transformation programs from analysis through implementation
- Build strong working relationships across corporate functions and business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in strategy, business transformation, consulting, or analytics
- Proficiency in Power BI and other analytics/data visualization tools strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience developing presentation materials for senior leadership
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on-site at Miami HQ in a hybrid capacity
