Outside Sales Professional – Software & Technology
Las Vegas, NV | Full-Time | In-Office
Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 Commission
Our client is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Professional to join their growing team in Las Vegas. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, developing new business, building relationships, and closing deals.
Candidates with experience selling software, SaaS, technology solutions, or other business-to-business products and services are strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Prospect for new business and develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Identify decision-makers and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
- Research prospects and identify opportunities for expanding business
- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and service
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, products, and solutions
Qualifications
- 3 years of successful outside sales experience preferred
- Software, SaaS, technology, or B2B sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong prospecting and new-business development skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional when meeting with business owners and decision-makers
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Must be comfortable with in-person sales and working full-time from the Las Vegas office
Compensation
$80,000–$90,000 base salary commission
