What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Triumph Private Home Care?
Overview
Join our pediatric home care team in the Macon/Warner Robins GA area. We are looking to fill 3 nursing cases. 2 for 16 hours/week a piece and one for 8 hours/week. we are offering part time or full time positions. 2 of the cases are in the same home in Warner Robins and one is in macon GA. We are open to separating the cases or combining them to make a full 40 hour work week. Locations are about 20 miles apart.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient condition
- Accurately document care provided
- Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
- Ensure compliance with GAPP guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation (light travel between cases required)
- Strong time management and adaptability
