CS Site Supervisor
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Reports to: Sr. Director, Construction Services
Regular Work Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
Oversee coordination and execution of all construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, manpower allocation, company safety policy, quality standards, budgets, and documentation. Manage personnel issues, implement project recovery strategies, and address emergent work as needed.
Core Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensure that site employees work in a safe environment and follow safety procedures to meet accident prevention goals.
- Ensure that the product meets quality standards and that expectations for the work performed are met.
- Motivate and lead the team to meet project performance goals.
- Review estimates and schedules, coordinating with Construction Services to confirm constructability and document completeness for project scope alignment.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring their feedback and modifications are addressed throughout the engineering and execution stages of the project.
- Conduct safety and project reviews.
- Join client and engineering meetings to share updates and gather project details.
- Collaborate with site personnel, modular manufacturers, subcontractors, external engineering firms, and clients to address and resolve design-related matters.
- Maintain construction budgets and track costs.
- Assist with the selection and supervision of subcontractors and vendors.
- Provide technical and estimating support to the Project Manager.
- Utilize Procore Management Platform to the greatest extent possible for all administrative functions including but not limited to daily logs, RFI’s, contracts management, issues log, scheduling, and plan/drawing management
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in Construction field experience
- BS or AS in a Construction-related field preferred
- Construction Supervisor License (obtain within 6 months of hire)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Field knowledge of construction installation and construction methodology and sequences.
