Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain, install, diagnose, and repair of commercial water treatment equipment. Install reverse osmosis systems and water softener equipment.
- Maintain good working order of company vehicle, refueling as necessary. Vehicles should be washed weekly.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle.
- Document installed equipment, and take pictures and send into management.
- Identify and proactively respond to potential opportunities for additional business.
- Obtain customer signatures at completion of job.
- Participate in company provided training opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment or general plumbing.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring job is done correctly the first time.
- Computer skills (word, excel, etc.) a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; be able to push, pull and maneuver heavier items, (with additional manpower or appropriate devices);carry ladders; work from heights, attics and small crawl spaces – often in excessive heat.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Well-groomed and neat appearance.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Work as part of our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to maintain the integrity of our organization's reputation and culture.
