What you'll earn
- $20–$24/hr base, depending on driving background (clean Motor Vehicle Record MVR with commercial-adjacent experience starts higher)
- $300 quarterly safety bonus for zero preventable incidents and zero attendance issues

What success looks like
First 30 Days — Paid Training You will:
- Complete field training
- Learn safety procedures and roadside operations
- Pass a Triton Road test
- Complete supervised calls
- Re-verify a clean MVR
By 90 Days You are:
- Running solo service calls confidently
- Maintaining 90% on-time arrival performance
- Earning strong customer reviews (4.7 average rating)
- Operating safely with zero preventable incidents
By 6 Months You are:
- Handling a full shift workload independently
- Trusted on the on-call rotation
- Assisting with training and ride-along for new hires
- Becoming a dependable part of the Triton team
What we're looking for

The honest parts
This is not a 9-to-5 and never will be.
- Calls come at all hours. On-call rotation includes nights and weekends.
- You'll work in all weather, sometimes on highway shoulders.
- Customers are stressed. Some will take it out on you. You'll be the calm in their crisis.
- The work is physical: hooking, chaining, occasional lifting.
