What You’ll Do
- Prepare master plans and site and landscape architectural design plans using AutoCAD
- Design wetlands enhancement and wetlands creation projects
- Conduct site visits for analysis, data collection, monitoring, and soils testing related to septic and stormwater systems
- Coordinate with clients, community officials, and consultants
- Present site plans to local regulatory boards and commissions
- Mentor junior staff and help create a strong learning environment
What You Bring
Required:
- BS or MS in Landscape Architecture from a LAAB accredited program
- Licensed Professional Landscape Architect
- Minimum of two years of site design experience, including grading and site lighting
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public and regulatory presentations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Experience across a variety of land uses, including residential, commercial, recreational, industrial, and institutional projects
Preferred:
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD
- Licensure in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and or Rhode Island
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
