We are seeking a customer service-driven employee to assist as an integral part of our Sales team for our Fabrication Supply Center. The ideal candidate would love to interact with individuals who want to get the best quality products at the best prices from the most knowledgeable staff. Our Inside Fabricator Sales/Tool Control Professional will assist fabricators and customers with all tool and sink needs relevant to Stone Fabrication.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining an accurate inventory of all tools we have in Charlotte
Developing and continuing to sell tools, and sinks to walk-in customers
Coordinate special orders for Charlotte Outside Sales Representatives
Research products details, pricing, and pricing to Outside Sale Representatives and customers
Prepare daily transfers from the tool cage to replenish tool vans
Receive sink and tool transfers from suppliers and/or Triton Stone locations
Follow up on opportunities and sales orders
Other activities and duties as required to help the branch meet assigned sales goals
Requirements & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in Spanish/English is Required
Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Must be well-organized and self-motivated
Must be able to move quickly to pull orders and wait on customers
Must be able to stand & walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of this job.
Must be able to unload freight and stock shelves
Ability to use hands to keyboard for customer orders and to look up inventory
Must be able to answer the telephone and take customer orders
