Triton Steam Cleaning is a trusted name in residential and commercial cleaning across the Dayton area, offering professional services in carpet, tile, upholstery, air duct, and dryer vent cleaning. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Air Duct Cleaning Technician to grow with us.
About the Position:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our air duct cleaning team. Experience in air duct or HVAC systems is preferred, but we will train the right candidate who has a great attitude, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, physical job that requires strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor when working in customers’ homes or businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning using professional equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work van, tools, and supplies
- Conduct walk-throughs with customers before and after service
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Assist with other cleaning services (carpet, upholstery, tile, etc.) as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior air duct or HVAC experience is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- Start time: 8:00 AM until job completion
Compensation:
$20–$25 per hour (based on experience) bonuses and tips
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
