About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Administrative Assistant to join our B2B Collections team. This role supports the enforcement and recovery process by reviewing financial records, identifying collectible receivables, and managing lien documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, familiarity with lien filing procedures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal legal and collections teams to drive successful recovery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze bank statements and transaction history to identify active accounts receivable tied to defaulted merchants
- Conduct forensic reviews of financial records to detect cash flow, payment behavior, and collection viability
- Identify and isolate receivables for lien qualification
- Prepare, file, and serve UCC liens against qualifying A/Rs in accordance with legal procedures
- Coordinate with internal collections and legal teams for enforcement strategies
Requirements
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret cash flow and bank data
- Experience with UCC lien filing or familiarity with lien enforcement process is preferred
- Knowledge of merchant cash advance (MCA) structure and default triggers is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Remarkable attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Familiarity with underwriting systems or collections CRMs like Simplicity is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to operate in a deadline-driven environment
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Location: Coral Springs, FL – Onsite ONLY
Pay: Base salary $40,000-$45,000 (Depending on Experience) Commission
