Retail Position
We are seeking a Tier 1 Security Specialist to provide professional, uniformed security services at a retail facility. This role requires a strong customer service mindset while ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Minimum Requirements
- California Guard Card issued by BSIS
- Minimum 2 years of security experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Customer service experience: 1 year
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Remain alert, vigilant, and responsive to security incidents
- Monitor and patrol retail store premises, enforcing site policies
- Observe, report, and document incidents accurately
- Maintain electronic logs per company policy
- Deter theft and unauthorized activity through visible security presence
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security protocols

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged standing, walking, and patrolling
