We are a fast paced growing benefits provider and HR consulting organization with a tremendous history of success! Our offices are in Woodbridge, NJ and Delray Beach, Florida operating within a hybrid work schedule.
As a result of growth, we are seeking a high energy, driven and motivated Health Insurance Benefits - Field Senior Sales Consultant with exceptional hands-on/self-starter sales aptitude to join our results oriented team to expand our Del Ray Beach/South Florida territory!
Candidates who have held positions within our benefits industry are the ideal background, (we will also consider candidates from the medical device industry) along with bringing a history of success with their book of business, and an ability to coach/mentor other team sales professionals.

Your on-site training will occur in our Woodbridge, NJ office followed by a flexible hybrid operating schedule in Florida to ensure we can set you up for success.

What we’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with a minimum of 4/5 years of experience as a Medical Benefits Insurance Field Sales experience ideally with a proven sales track record, and preferably a book of business.
- Ability to be tenacious about cold calling and closing business deals strategically while partnering with our Benefits Accounts Management team
- A passion for excellence and a desire to join a supportive, family-oriented company
- Proficiency in key software tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite is essential
- We are NOT seeking candidates with Medicare, Life Insurance, Financial Planning or P&C background.

Job Type: Full-time, Regular
Base Pay Range: $90,000 aligned with experience
Supplemental Pay:

Experience:
Health insurance medical benefits field sales experience with a minimum of 4/5 years of hands on consultative/sales background, a proven track record of success in our industry, and preferably a book of business to leverage with our clients. Previous working knowledge of Salesforce is essential.
