The Strategic Sourcing Analyst plays a critical role in driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply continuity across Tritium’s global supply chain. This role supports sourcing strategy development, supplier negotiations, RFQ execution, and data-driven decision-making aligned with Tritium’s growth in EV charging infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Develop and support category sourcing strategies
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard global suppliers
- Conduct should-cost analysis and benchmarking
- Lead RFQ processes (issue, analyze, compare, award)
- Support supplier negotiations (pricing, MOQ, lead time, terms)
- Drive dual sourcing and risk mitigation strategies
- Track supplier KPIs (OTD, quality, responsiveness)
- Support supplier audits and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards
- Improve sourcing processes and workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in EV, automotive, or power electronics.

Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
