*** Must be a US Citizen and/or Green Card statusTriTech Enterprise Systems (TriTech) is seeking several Salesforce Developers to join our team in support of a federal contract in Washington, DC. This is a 100% onsite opportunity. These candidates are responsible for the coding, design, and maintenance of a federal website.These candidates must create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. These ideal candidates will be supporting a variety of projects. Candidates must have a creative and thoughtful approach to requests and collaborate with the team. The Developer(s) have an innovative and curious mind with the ability to execute stunning visual storytelling pieces.Responsibilities: Create and plan – Write effective code to create a website using standard HTML/CSS practices. Plan and deliver web applications across multiple platforms. Implement contingency plans in case the site goes down. Create quality assurance tests to ensure website success. Use tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company website.Collaborate – Team up with the development team to develop and maintain the website. Keep in constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content. Update policies to maintain requirements. Specific Duties:These opportunities include the following Salesforce technology skills:Working with the Lead Salesforce Developer to assess the impact of any/all changes to the platform.Providing recommendations to management on how to make the best use of the changes, and educating staff.Analyzing new project requests, including gathering requirements from customers.Recommending solutions, including management alternatives.Maintaining expert-level knowledge and understanding of the technology.Requirements:Bachelor's degree is preferred.Five years of experience working in a similar position is preferred.A solid comprehension of Computer Science with coding experience.Strong communication skills, team player, and strong attention to detail.About TriTech Enterprise Systems:TriTech is an established, award-winning IT Consulting and Service Provider.
