Responsibilities
- Install and configure audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to audio-visual technology.
- Manage cabling for audio-visual setups, ensuring proper organization and safety standards are met.
- Provide service support for clients, addressing any technical issues that arise during events or installations.
- Collaborate with team members to execute large-scale events requiring advanced audio-visual setups.
Skills
- Strong field service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Knowledge of computer hardware relevant to audio-visual systems.
- Mechanical knowledge applicable to the maintenance of AV equipment.
- Experience with cabling techniques for efficient setup and organization.
- Crestron Toolbox, Cisco, DSPs, Codecs
