Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by helping guests with product questions, range information, and membership options.
- Assist customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, and accessories while keeping displays clean, organized, and appealing.
- Process sales accurately at the point of sale and actively promote current specials and membership programs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in both the retail and range areas.
- Work closely with the team to meet goals and deliver a positive experience for every customer.
- Build product knowledge through ongoing training and hands-on learning.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Genuine interest in firearms and the shooting sports industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, positive, and eager to learn and grow with the team.
- Flexible availability for day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check (standard for firearms industry positions).
