Director of Business Development (Wireless) Job Description ***MUST HAVE CURRENT DIRECT RELATIONSHIPS WITH WIRELESS CARRIERS AND MLA'S IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Location: Chino, CA Skills Required: Must have direct relationships with wireless carriers and MLA tower owners Technical knowledge of wireless technologies Strong business acumen Excellent sales and communication skills Leadership experience Proven ability in relationship building Proactive and self-motivated Key Responsibilities: Develop annual business development plans and set strategic objectives Research market trends and identify new business opportunities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue Identify and negotiate partnerships and alliances Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with legal guidelines Conduct market analysis to inform strategy Provide reports on sales pipelines and key performance metrics Key Skills & Experience: Technical knowledge of wireless technologies Strong business acumen and analytical skills Excellent sales and communication skills Leadership experience Proven ability in relationship building Proactive and self-motivated Pay Range: $135,000 - $175,000 per hour
