Job Summary:
  • Responsible for producing high quality Telecommunication project closeout packages with accuracy in a timely manner
  • Able to manage multiple teams of employees to gather information, along with request and/or delegate duties
  • Create task lists for carrying out duties
  • Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and appropriate closeout documents are distributed in a timely manner that are in accordance with customer standards and specifications
  • Responsible for all reporting and monitoring of closeout packages for completeness and accuracy
  • Reports project status and performance data
  • Meets with Client on regular basis to review results and negotiate maximum opportunity of revenue recognition
  • Continually reviews close-out materials, ensuring completeness and quality, and monitor all change orders
  • Reviews construction drawings, material, and labor tasks for correctness
  • Reviews field photographs and documents to ensure alignment to scope of work
  • Provides quality checks, follows up on exceptions and develops solutions on challenging projects
  • Assist in closing permits
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Adobe software, Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook and Excel, with intermediate to advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication equipment and MOPs.
  • Ability to multitask and organize electronic files.
  • Able to manage multiple teams of employees to gather information, along with request and/or delegate duties.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Wireless Telecommunications industry.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
  • Strong analytic ability and attention to detail.
