TELEMARKETER / APPOINTMENT SETTER — $21/HR COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
TriState Roofing is looking for a dependable, energetic telemarketer to join our team. You will contact homeowners and schedule appointments for roofing, windows, siding, and patio-cover estimates.
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Friday: 2:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Sunday and Monday off
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $21 per hour, depending on experience
- Commissions for qualified appointments
- Performance bonuses
- Opportunity to earn more based on results

- Strong, confident phone voice
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Able to follow a script and handle objections
- Telemarketing, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred
