What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Unit Coordinator - Emergency Department position at TriState Health?
The schedule for this position is 12 hour shifts, day shift.
Job Summary:
Coordinates the clerical duties at the Nurses' station under the supervision of the department manager. Responsible for routing information and communication to the appropriate places.
Education and Training:
- High School Graduate or GED required
Experience:
- Previous health care experience and medical terminology preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer skills – data entry, e-mail, Microsoft Office
