Role Description The Junior Financial Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. This position enables you to build your own practice and develop the skills necessary to become an effective advisor in the industry. Our firm provides excellent training and education alongside the meetings that you will conduct with clients to build your own business and ensures that clients are serviced with quality and care. You will learn about the role through the education and experience that you inherently receive by working here.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to apply core concepts to individual client situations.
- Experience or coursework in Investments and understanding of basic investment vehicles, risk profiles, and portfolio diversification.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including comfort working with numbers, financial models, and client data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Interest in and aptitude for Financial Planning, including awareness of common retirement accounts, timelines, and goal-setting methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to pursue relevant professional licenses or certifications (such as SIE, Series 65, Series 6) as required by the role.
