Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Oversee accounting functions, compliance, and risk management
- Manage liquidity, investments, and capital sources to support organizational goals
- Develop and implement strategies that balance risk with mission-driven objectives
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive organizational growth and financial sustainability
- Supervise finance staff and foster a high-performance team culture
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members and community partners
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
- Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven leadership in financial planning, risk management, and compliance
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
