TRISTAR is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will support our government customer at NSWC Crane. This is an on-site position requiring the selected candidate to work on base five days per week.

TRISTAR is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will support our government customer at NSWC Crane. This is an on-site position requiring the selected candidate to work on base five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to the Gov customer based on their specific metrics.
- Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion.
- Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests.
- Assist with scheduling Battlegroup assessments.
- Assist with daily Fleet Support meetings.
- Review documents for proper formatting.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Prior Navy experience is a plus.
- CAMP or PMP is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree or higher.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
