Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Fleet Readiness Coordinator for all technical activities related to the contract.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, supervision, and technical leadership to workforce teams at Crane, IN; Norfolk, VA; San Diego, CA; and other assigned locations.
- Coordinate and oversee technical tasks, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, military personnel, and other relevant parties.
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of technical activities across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain operational readiness.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles within engineering or maintenance environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams.
- Familiarity with contract management and technical compliance standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in dynamic environments.
- 1 Year of experience with AN/SLQ 32 V6 System.
- Experience working Causality reports (CASREP).
- Experience with reporting daily activity report tracker (DART) and System Progression Activity (SPAT).
- Experience with distance support in accordance with Joint Fleet Forces Maintenance Manual (JFFMM).
- Experience with on board Tech assist (OBTA) with the JFFMM).
- Experience with performing SOVT, PICO, CSAT's, CSSQT.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
