The ideal candidate will research, design, develop, and test computer hardware and software systems, including managing and testing software applications.
Key Responsibilities-
- Design and enhance user interfaces to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with a team of developers to identify and resolve issues, create innovative solutions, and provide support for deployed applications.
- Write, test, debug, and document software in multiple programming languages, adhering to modern best practices and standards.
- Document code and engineering procedures to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Participate in virtual team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
- Assist in the creation of user manuals and other technical documentation to support end-users.
- Facilitate functional testing of software to ensure quality and performance.
- Work autonomously and participate in a team of developers to solve issues, create solutions, and provide support for deployed applications.
Candidate must have experience with-
- RHEL 8 / Rocky Linux / CentOS.
- Podman (rootless containers).
- TypeScript, React, Node.js.
- Hono or Express (REST APIs).
- PostgreSQL, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Python.
- Bash scripting, Git, SSH / Remote system management.
- Systemd, Docker / Container technologies.
- VMware ESXi, Java, WebSocket.
- OpenSSL / Certificate management.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field is preferred.
- Candidates should also possess a CompTIA Security certification.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
