Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Clinical Lead, you will lead by example, performing clinical exams while ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality assurance. You will be a pivotal leader within the department, managing staffing levels, mentoring team members, and collaborating with the Director to optimize operational performance and patient care.

Job Summary And Qualifications
As a Clinical Lead, you will lead by example, performing clinical exams while ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and quality assurance. You will be a pivotal leader within the department, managing staffing levels, mentoring team members, and collaborating with the Director to optimize operational performance and patient care.
What you will do in this role:
- Maintain high clinical standards by performing patient exams following the same rigorous requirements as staff technologists
- Collaborate with leadership to assess regulatory compliance and quality assurance while providing critical data for performance improvement plans
- Manage personnel activities by creating staff schedules, managing PTO requests, and adjusting productivity hours based on patient volume
- Oversee team development by assisting with staff meetings and addressing performance concerns or clinical activities
- Ensure departmental safety and excellence by following hazardous medication policies and maintaining a deep knowledge of Imaging Services regulations
- Foster a collaborative environment by promoting strong communication and teamwork between staff, physicians, and hospital leadership
- Current registration with ARRT is required. If not currently registered, you must obtain registration within six months of hire
- Previous experience in a supervisor or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a clinical team
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while accepting guidance and direction from the department Director
