Job Summary And Qualifications
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
- Participates in patient specimen collection responsibilities.
- Computer processing of patient specimens before and after collection.
- Process and distribute patient reports.
- Demonstrates understanding and adherence to StoneCrest Code of Conduct
- Performs any duties necessary to the efficient and quality operation of the department.
- This position entails potential for exposure to hazardous medications as defined by TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center’s Hazardous Drug Policy as either hazardous or antineoplastic. All facility-endorsed risk mitigation strategies for handling hazardous medications must be followed appropriately.
