Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at TriStar Realty Group. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to our management team, agents, and clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and team members.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and databases.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating internal communications.
  • Handle basic data entry, record-keeping, and information tracking.
  • Support marketing and property listing activities as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth team operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from home.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
