Job Summary And Qualifications
- Complies and distributes monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports in Medical Imaging and Cardiovascular Lab as requested
- Maintains Low Dose CT paperwork and information and applies to the NRDR registry
- Maintains Low Dose CT excel spreadsheet and sends needed letters to providers as needed for follow up testing
- Files all correspondence in an orderly fashion and maintains file/invoicing system
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Greet, interact, and assists all visitors with any questions/concerns, referring any matters to appropriate personnel if necessary
- Participates in educational programs
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Coordinate project-based work
- Assists front desk & transports as needed
- Supports organizational initiatives
- Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in patient and employee satisfaction
- Contributes to continuous quality improvement
- Maintains safe environment for employees, visitors, and patients
- Conduct reflects NorthCrest’s values and commitment to the Code of Conduct.
- Adheres to HIPAA privacy regulation in accordance with policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED; Some college preferred
- Current BLS (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- 2 to 3 years clerical experience preferred
