POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support business decision-making. The Report Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, develop reports, and provide data insights.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain reports using various reporting tools and technologies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, gather feedback, and ensure reports meet business needs.
- Create data visualizations, such as dashboards, charts, and graphs, to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Ensures that quality control is maintained.
- Investigate and resolve report-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.
- Research and recommend new reporting tools and technologies to improve report development and delivery.
- Ensures that TRISTAR processes are being followed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensure reports comply with data governance and security policies, maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or experience in related field.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in report development, data analysis, or related field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in reporting tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Jasper Reports
- Strong SQL writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of application security and data protection best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and data partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of database management systems, such as Postgres
- Knowledge of Analytic Database such as ClickHouse
Mental and Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle challenging deadlines and shifting priorities as per business needs.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
