What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer position at TRISTAR, Inc.?
TRISTAR is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to support critical engineering initiatives within the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations (EW ICO).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital signal processing algorithms.
- Develop FPGA and RFSoC signal-processing solutions.
- Support waveform development and digital communications processing.
- Develop signal-processing pipelines for IQ data.
- Support integration, testing, and optimization of DSP capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with software developers during implementation and integration activities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with designing, testing, and Implementing algorithms and pipelines.
- Must already have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security Plus certification prior to start date.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
