Centennial Heart is seeking an experienced interventional cardiology advanced practitioner to join our growing cardiovascular program at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee.
TriStar Horizon Medical Center is a 157-bed, fully accredited regional medical center serving a rapidly expanding population west of Nashville. The hospital provides comprehensive services including cardiovascular care, emergency medicine, diagnostic imaging, oncology, orthopaedics, women’s services, surgical services, and inpatient rehabilitation.

Job Summary:
Centennial Heart is seeking an experienced interventional cardiology advanced practitioner to join our growing cardiovascular program at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, Tennessee.
- Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- Ability to work independently
- Full time, M-F
- Ability to also see patients independently in clinic preferred
- Critical care or previous cardiology nursing experience required
