Job Summary And Qualifications
TheCertified Surgical Assistant (CSA), orthe Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA)assiststhe surgeon in exposure, hemostasis,and many other technical functions during the surgical procedure. Initiatesappropriate intra-operative behaviors unique to first assisting. Applies knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative techniquesrelativeto operative procedures. Maintains a sterile field.

What qualifications you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- National certification (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant, or (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant
- 2 years OR experience highly preferred
