TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an advanced practice provider with experience in heart failure or structural heart cardiology to join a 4 day outpatient clinic practice in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates:
- Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- Heart failure or structural cardiac experience as an advanced practice provider
- Ability to work independently
- Full time, M-F clinic hours
- Satellite clinic at Hendersonville and Skyline Medical Centers
- Primary role providing outpatient heart failure and structural heart cardiology support for structural heart clinic
- Experience with valve disease, PFO, ASD, LAAC, and pulmonary embolism preferred
