Based at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, they serve as a mobile ICUs for emergencies, specializing in critical care medicine, high-risk obstetric, neonatal, and cardiac mechanical support devices.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Prehospital Trauma Life Suppor must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Paramedic
- (FP-C) Flight Paramedic Certification must be obtained within 2 years of employment start date
- (DL) Driver License
